Short version: Because Framio is a digital product that delivers instant value upon generation, we generally do not offer refunds once a curriculum has been generated. If something went wrong on our end, we will make it right.
Once you have used your access link to generate a curriculum, the digital product has been delivered and is non-refundable. This applies to both the Single plan and the 5-Pack plan.
If you purchased a plan and have not yet generated any curricula, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund. Please include your order email address.
If the Service failed to deliver your curriculum due to a technical error on our side, we will either:

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks for fulfilled digital products may result in your access being revoked.
